製作陶藝

陶藝製作一般分為手揑和拉坯。

​

手揑是指主要以人手及簡單工具，徒手創作作品，而拉坯則是利用拉坯機創作不同類型器皿。拉坯機有一定體積，且手腳並用，體型較小的小童會先從手揑開始接觸陶藝。不過在家長陪同下，小朋友也可體驗拉坯樂趣，成人操作拉坯機則不成問題，但要創作一件較理想的作品，則需要一段時間的練習。

Making Ceramics

You can make ceramics by handbuilding or wheel-throwing. 

Handbuilding is a method where you can create the piece by hand and with simple tools; while throwing means you are throwing the clay on the pottery wheel. As you need both hands and feet to control the wheel, children may start from handbuilding when they first learn the art.  Though they can still enjoy the wheel-throwing with their parents' help.
